Today is Melody’s birthday! Happy birthday to my beautiful bride. I love her so much!!!!
I am however going to take this for father’s day. Faith called in to the radio station here at my work yesterday to tell me something. But I’ll let her tell you about it.

Here we go! …Well Almost!

Well here it is, Friday night, and no new baby. But that wont last for long. “Why?” you ask. Well let me tell you.
Tomorrow morning, we are told that we can go to the hospital where Melody’s mid-wife will break her water. From there we will hope that things get crazy and we’ll be having a baby by the end of the day.
“Why would we do this?” you ask. Well, let me tell you.
As of today, Melody is 40 weeks and 5 days; She has been having contractions for some 3 1/2 – 4 weeks now; She has been dilated to 4 cm for over a week now; and has been effacing more and more for the past 3 weeks.
Soooooo as you might tell this baby is long over due.
Right now we are just asking for your prayers for tomorrow, and we hope to be showing you pictures of our new baby girl (we are pretty sure its a girl) by tomorrow evening. (Thank you presbyterian for free wi-fi). So for now. Good night, and God bless!

So as of right now, the Gonzalez Fam is waiting for our newest member. Last Sunday night, we went to triage thinking it was the big one, but things never increased or sped up and we were forced to leave with a baby still in Melody’s tummy.
As of right now, I am anxiously answering every phone call with anticipation and trying my best to focus on my work.
I hope to soon be giving updates from the hospital with photos of a new baby.
Please keep us in your prayers.

I think most people know this, but we are having another kid here in April. It will be our 3rd daughter. Crazy huh. You’ll probably here more and more about this as it closer to the due date. But, yeah, since I haven’t been blogging in so long, I wanted to let you all know that.

So, in an effort to get myself to blog more I have turned off the automatic twitter thing that I had on. If you actually desire to see what I tweet, you can do so on my twitter page or even my facebook page, where the majority of my tweets end up anyways.
I’m sure most people will be pleased with this since my tweets are about 90% of my blog posts now. So here’s to a new beginning of blogging and learning about the Gonzalez Family in Action.
